General Agreement Rules

Daily rates imply a 24-hour reservation period. Hourly rates imply a 7-day reservation period consisting of seven consecutive, 24-hour days. You could be charged different hourly prices from Sunday to Thursday than Friday to Saturday. Additional fees are in effect for extra hours on services with minimum hourly requirement. Any changes to the contract, once signed, will result in a price adjustment if upgrading vehicle, and down grade or substitute for a lower passenger vehicle will not change the price from the original reservation. Base rate: Taxes, and extra equipment are not included in the base rate. Airport rates: These rates are provided as flat rates to and from the specified airports. Rates have no restrictions on the number of miles you are allowed locally within the scheduled trip. However, certain geographic restrictions regarding mileage apply to: Atlantic City: Price, plus $45 per hour upon arrival. New York City: Price, plus $45 per hour upon arrival. A per mile fee will be charged for any additional miles outside the specified area. Meet and Greet: Services inside the airport are available upon request. Minimum/Maximum Rental Period: May be applicable. All services require 2 hours minimum. Extra charges: An initial confirmation of the trip(s) may not include some charges incurred during the performance of the trip(s) and may include but not limited to: 1. Early/Late hour fees: 2. Extra stops: May incur additional fees. Inquire during reservation and at pick up. 3. Cellular phone use 4. Tolls and parking 5. Waiting time charges: The first 30 minutes of waiting time at the airport is free Minimum/Maximum Age Limit: Renters under the age of 18 will need parental approval and copy of parent or guardian approved ID to receive service. Senior citizens or over the age of 65 clients may want to contact the office directly for any restrictions or special need if applicable. Payments: All reservations must be pre-paid before service except for corporate clients with billing arrangement. Other restrictions: Some rates may apply only to vehicle reserved within 24 hours of service time if available. If you require a pick-up or drop-off within that timeframe, please contact the office directly to confirm they will honor your reservation. Falsifying information may void company liability and you may be responsible for any damages or injuries that may incur.
