Gift Certificate Agreement Rules

A Gift Certificate request for individual or corporate person can only be used for services we provide. The Gift Certificate must be used within 6 months of request. Gift Certificate not used within the stated time will forfeit 50% of the amount. Certificate may be giving for full price of a service or portion of service price.
